ARC Raiders Patch 1.28 Loot Guide Save on Gear at U4GM
Rusted Gears are still the bottleneck for pushing the Gunsmith table from level 2 to 3, so I hit Primary Facility first and, when RNG drags, I've used U4GM at https://www.u4gm.com/arc-raiders/items to top off the last part. If it's packed, Power Generation is the safer solo fallback for Free Loadout runs.
